Let's start with one of the earliest images I can recall and of which I still have an image. This is Solar Son. How creative! Years later I came across a backup story of the Eternals drawn by Ron Wilson (whose work is very dynamic and of the Jack Kirby school, but lacking in polish and finesse) gorgeously inked by Joe Sinnott from which I horribly"referenced" this pose.
